Client agree to pay Body Wisdom™ the registration amounts shown above upon signing of Agreement. All payments are non-transferable. All payments are final. No payments will be refunded for any reason, including, without limitation, non-use of the selected program. Any payment not made when due shall accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5%. Client will be liable for all NSF, Bank, chargeback or other fees incurred by Body Wisdom™ plus attorney fees and costs for enforcement of the payment terms of this Agreement. In the event that body Wisdom has to turn over my account for collection or Body Wisdom™ has to commence any action or proceeding to enforce the provisions of this Agreement, Client shall be reasonable to reimburse Body Wisdom™ for its reasonable attorney’s fee, costs and expenses.
